  • In Part 2 and Part 3 of this book, we introduce you to steps that you can start to implement straight away when in a leadership role, developing a team culture and for enhancing all your relationships. These steps are designed in a format that allows for the development of skills necessary for social awareness, empathy, respect, and their use and application, both professionally and personally, when those conflict moments occur.


DISCovering My Leadership Assessment with Report


In order to master the subtle art of people-reading to become more people-literate, you must first become familiar with the concept of Personality Styles. With this knowledge, you then must learn about your own personality Leadership Style so that you can first be your best and second, be more socially aware of how to interact with others, especially as a leader in a team environment.


This report gives you everything you need for becoming more self-aware and intentional when leading others. The Research Based word for self-awareness is, “Situational Awareness”, and the DISC Behavioral Model is based on what observable behaviors show up when you are in different situations. 


This DISC report is divided into 3 parts introducing the DISC model, helping you understand your own style, and identifying ways that you can apply your style strengths or modify your style weaknesses, in order to meet the needs of others, when in a leadership role.

 

  • Part I focuses on understanding each of the DISC styles and identifying characteristics, including the tendencies of each behavioral style.
  • Part II is about understanding yourself and will reveal information about the tendencies that make you unique.
  • Part III examines and explores adaptability and offers actionable recommendations for you and others who interact with you.
